Envisioning the Future of Digital Intelligence Empowered Social Security

At the Forum on Digital Intelligence Empowered Social Security and Intelligent Elderly Service Quality Development recently held at East China Normal University (ECNU), attendees from different fields and perspectives envisioned the future of digital intelligence empowered social security.  

According to Wu Ruijun, president assistant of ECNU, the application of digital intelligence thinking and concepts to reconstruct the traditional social security system will significantly enhance the fairness of social security and improve its efficiency.

Zheng Gongcheng, president of the China Association of Social Security (CASS), said that the substitution effect of digital technology on human services should be rationally examined. The impact of digital technology and its intelligence or digitalization should be systematically studied and corresponding standards and protocols should be formulated.

Prof. Lin Mingang from Nanjing University emphasized that intelligent nursing is more than application of intelligent technology, but also the overall transformation of the service mode. It can be achieved by creating a technical interconnection mechanism, building a nursing service platform, and realizing a closed-loop interaction between demand and supply to promote the development.
