‘The Report on Global Development of China’s Brand (2025)‘ Launched in Shanghai

On August 15th, the launch ceremony of the new book "The Report on Global Development of China’s Brand (2025)," jointly organized by the Encyclopedia of China Publishing House, the Institute of Economics of the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, and the Boya Brand Research Institute of Communication University of China, was held at the Shanghai Exhibition Center.
At the ceremony, Director Shen Kaiyan unveiled the research findings of the report, offering a comprehensive exposition of the significance of Chinese brands' global expansion. She highlighted several key features of the report: It focuses on the relationship between Chinese brand globalization and high-quality development, addressing the hot topic of "brand going global." It examines the role of brands in driving China's economic development from three perspectives: product, industry, and sector. For the first time, it employs international trademark big data to provide a detailed analysis of the trends in Chinese brand globalization. It underscores the crucial role of "culture" in facilitating the global journey of Chinese brands. It offers in-depth profiles of Chinese brand development in 18 different countries and markets. It provides an outlook on the future prospects of Chinese brands on the global stage.
