On August 30th, the “Symposium on Integrated Innovation in Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Computing” was held at Fudan University. The conference was hosted by the Information and Electronic Engineering Division of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and co-organized by Fudan University, the People’s Government of Putuo District, the Chinese Institute of Electronics, and the Chinese Institute of Communications. Over 400 experts and scholars attended the conference.
At the conference, reports from several academicians sketched a panoramic view of the integration and innovation of intelligent computing from dimensions such as energy revolution, cybersecurity, computing power scheduling, reasoning acceleration, intelligent paradigms, and architectural innovation. Guan Xiaohong, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a professor at Xi’an Jiaotong University, proposed an innovative path of hydrogen-empowered zero-carbon computing power. He explored the construction of a zero-carbon and more economical data center system, providing technological support for reducing carbon emissions.
Chen Chun, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and a professor at Zhejiang University, focused on real - time intelligent processing technology for temporal big data streams (graphs). He elaborated on the application effects of this technology in typical cybersecurity application scenarios such as cybersecurity test ranges and real-time precise anti-telecom fraud.
